Known for his representation of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 debtors, institutional and private creditors, Creditor Committees, and Chapter 7 and 11 Trustees in Bankruptcy proceedings throughout Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania, Michael H. Kaliner offers extensive expertise and hands-on experience to all of his clients.

With Bankruptcy experience spanning almost four decades, Mr. Kaliner has served several prestigious roles and has practiced before numerous courts, including:

  • The panel of Chapter 7 Trustees in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
  • As an approved Mediator in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
